Founded in 1993 in Toronto, Canada, ScorpioSoft initially offered client/server
software solutions for financial institutions.
In 1997 ScorpioSoft started developing web based, business tools being one of
the first company to deliver a 100% web based customer support and help desk through its
Virtual Help Desk [VHD] application.
As more and larger organizations started to embrace and adopt our Web-based
solution, they have asked us to provide them with an integrated Web-based
solution that allows for managers and employees to communicate and share
information in a quick, seamless and real-time manner.
Based on these demands,
as well as acknowledging the ever-growing need for an extended enterprise
eBusiness solution, ScorpioSoft took this to the next level and developed the
next generation suite of business intelligence/collaboration applications and
services called Virtual Company [VICO].
